The 2007 Greeting Card Design Awards forms part of the Connected Learning Awards. For this year's award students designed the front of a card suitable for the Christmas holiday season.
The project aims to promote the creative talent that can be found among NSW Department of Education and Training students K-12. It provides students with an opportunity to combine their knowledge and understanding of visual communication literacies and their skills in ICT and design, to create the front of a card which can be used in a real world situation.
Lindfield East Public School students in years 1, 3, 4 and 5 took part in this year's competition.
The winners will be announced at the end of August 2007.
